The Dosa Hut Success Story
Dosa Hut is the undisputed pioneer of the Dosa culture in Australia. Our story started off in 2007, with rather humble beginnings. Anil Kumar Karpurapu and Praveen Indukuri, two Indian students decided to start off a small venture to offer authentic South Indian food to the community back then. Being foodies at heart, this was no ordinary business venture but fuelled by sheer passion. And it was only a matter of time that this passion flourished into a bustling and hugely successful Indian multi cuisine restaurant, offering a range of South Indian, North Indian, Indo Chinese, Street Food Chaats and Biryanis to foodies all across the country. And within no time, we were counted among the fastest growing, and the most loved chain of Indian restaurants in Australia.
How we got to this point
We have had our challenges, we would say that it has been a relatively easy journey. Surprised? Don’t be. We say this because at the heart of our restaurant chain, is a strong passion and commitment to authenticity. Being meticulous foodies ourselves, it was easy to understand what others like us would want from a restaurant, and deliver it accordingly.
Our Quality Team is closely involved at every step, right from using the best quality ingredients and hygiene practices into preparing our food to ensuring that our chefs take extra care to retain authenticity in the flavours and serving it with a smile the traditional way, upholding Indian hospitality. Our team also likes to go all out to create a memorable dining experience, in a beautiful ambience. We try to live up to our own high expectations in creating a pleasant restaurant experience, at an affordable price. All of this is rooted in our passion for food.
