This was hands down the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The cheesy naan was the best I’ve ever had. My partner and I tried all new meals we’ve never had before and everything was insanely good. Service was friendly and helpful and the setting was so cozy. Will come back for sure 🙂

Went here for early dinner on 06Jan26. Staff very attentive. We had the paneer dosa and chicken tikka biryani. Both were prepared well and served hot. First time to try Dosa and it did not disappoint. Chicken Tikka was very juicy and flavourful.
We recently stopped here for lunch. Th e food was absolutely delicious and we loved it. The ghee roasted chicken biriyani was an absolute treat. Highly recommend it.
Visited Dosa Hut Molendinar for lunch and it was a really good experience. The moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. I ordered the Masala Dosa and Butter Chicken Combo, and both were spot-on — dosa was crispy with a tasty potato filling, and the sambhar had great flavour. The Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and came with a generous portion of naan.
The place is clean, spacious, and the food came out surprisingly fast even though it was pretty busy. Prices are fair for the portion sizes, and the menu has a huge range — perfect if you’re craving South Indian or Indo-Chinese dishes.

I craved for a good spicy goat curry which should be cooked extremely well (not rubbery) and a semi-gravy. I had ordered from Dosa hut before is why I thought I could request them to customise the goat curry for me. I rang them and spoke to Krupa, she made sure she conveyed my requests to the Chef. What was delivered to me was absolutely delicious, I literally had tears in my eyes as it reminded me of the Goat Bhuna masala my mom cooks. Exactly the same. The goat was cooked to perfection, and the breads were soft to break and chew too.
I remember texting my partner and saying that this is the best Goat I have ever had outside of home. Coming from a foodie who does not hesitate to try delicacies outside of home, this was a huge victory for me.
Now I know whom to call when I want home cooked food, without cooking it myself.

The menu is extensive with a great variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was packed with flavor. We tried the Mysore Masala Dosa, Tandoori Chicken, Seekh Kabab, butter and garlic naan, and Laccha Paratha — each one was delicious and freshly made.
The ambiance is warm and welcoming with beautiful decor that adds a nice touch to the overall vibe. The place is well maintained and very clean, including the toilets, which were spotless. Service was excellent — staff were friendly, prompt, and professional throughout our visit. Even though we went on a public holiday, there was no surcharge. The food took a little longer than usual, but the quality more than made up for it.
Parking can be a bit challenging right in front, but there’s plenty of street parking available nearby, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving quality Indian food. We’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Extremely happy to finally have good regional Indian in the inner west/South to save us our weekly drive out to Harris Park. This franchise has some similarities with the Harris Park restaurant but many, many more interesting options to try e.g. creamy egg malai masala, tasty paneer pudina, green chilli stuffed with onion, lemon and peanuts and a very generous “small” serve of chickpeas that defeated our appetites. Service was excellent and didn’t bat an eyelid at us not ordering rice to save stomach space for all the yummy other dishes. Highly recommended. Order the crispy dosa. It even has sea views!! Parking is tricky in busy periods but you could try the Coles parking with entry off Princess street.

Dining few times in this restaurant, delicious food specially Dosa, butter chicken and Naan bread…my fussy daughter’s favourite. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and will recommend house specialties. The atmosphere is so comfy and spacious, good for big group dining, also opposite is the beach, so you can have a relaxing walk after dinner. Excellent!!!!

My hubby loves the Lamb Briyani which costs $20.45. The Briyani rice is cooked well with lots of spices and the lamb pieces are so tender.

Enjoyed a Dosa(first time) and chicken curry with my wife tonight. The flavours were amazing. Have been here once before with friends a found the food great too. Will definitely be returning for a reasonably priced tasty meal.

The service provided on my recent visit to Dosa Hut Shepparton was outstanding and every mouthful of food was delectable. Our group of three sampled starters and mains and finished with the mouth-watering chocolate and cashew dosa. The staff obligingly turned down the music so we could easily chat.
That restaurant is wonderful; the staff are incredibly friendly, provide excellent service, and the food is amazing.
Fantastic food, the gentleman helped us in selecting our dishes we decided on a couple dosas and goat vindaloo and chicken tikka masala and another curry which were all absolutely delicious. The dips that came with the dosa were awesome and the curries were 10/10 would definitely eat here again

The food was fresh and simply delicious, I have eaten Indian food on many occasions but had never eaten dosa before and thoroughly enjoyed the two that we ordered. yesterday we visit dosa hut generally they close on tuesday but this week it was opened as i came to lnow from staff so we had biryani , soya chaap and dosa the food was delicious 🤤 the restaurant was tooo busy but staff was great effort visiting all the tables very patiently i liked that !! The food was not only nice but absolutely delicious, with the chefs willing to tailor the spice levels to suit your taste. The views from the upstairs dining area are a lovely bonus, adding to the overall experience. Plus, you can enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages on-site. Can’t wait to visit again!

Craving for Indian food after a day at the beach. We loved the experience of authentic Indian cuisine served. The staffs were friendly. When we had our food, we cannot really fault the masala dosa and the goat biryani. They are just too good. Will come back again to try other options.

You will find very, very good quality Indian food at the Dosa Hut. We ordered a mango lassi, samosa chat, dum biryani, dahi papdi and a 70mm chef’s special vegetarian dosa. Our bill came to a reasonable $65. We were unable to finish any of the food and had to take it home. We will gladly have the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
